1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between pcso1 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the pcso1 online gaming platform available at pcso1.app and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the pcso1 platform, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full;
• You agree to be legally bound by this Agreement;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person without that person's full knowledge and consent;
• You are not accessing pcso1 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

This Agreement is effective from the date of your registration and remains in force for the duration of your use of the platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to pcso1 is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations and applicable PAGCOR guidelines. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

pcso1 is intended for use by individuals located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that access to and use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. pcso1 does not represent or warrant that the platform is available or appropriate for use outside the Philippines.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register an account on pcso1, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including your legal full name, date of birth, address, email address, and contact number;
• Create a unique username and a strong, confidential password;
• Agree to these Terms & Conditions and the pcso1 Privacy Policy;
• Confirm that you are not an excluded or self-excluded player.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on pcso1. The creation of multiple accounts by any single individual is strictly prohibited. pcso1 employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pcso1 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close the accounts involved and to withhold any associated balances or bonuses.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

pcso1 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process at any time, including but not limited to at the point of registration, before processing your first withdrawal, or when your account activity triggers a review. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys card, passport, driver's licence, SSS card, or UMID. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your account and delayed processing of withdrawals.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pcso1 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. All activities conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — are your responsibility.

You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password and update it regularly;
• Enable two-factor authentication where available and recommended;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify pcso1 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

pcso1 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials. pcso1 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pcso1 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pcso1 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your pcso1 account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. pcso1 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification and the applicable KYC process. pcso1 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed on the platform, which may vary by payment method. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. pcso1 does not process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

pcso1 is committed to full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules. pcso1 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into any account. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant Philippine financial intelligence authorities as required by law.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

pcso1 offers various promotions, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the point of offer, which form part of this Agreement.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, time validity, and minimum odds (where applicable) will be stated in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

pcso1 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk bets designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements, and other strategies intended to exploit pcso1 promotions. Where bonus abuse is detected, pcso1 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and permanently close the account in question.

5.4 Changes to Promotions

pcso1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress unless fraud or abuse is detected.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All casino games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, bingo, and other gaming products available on pcso1 are governed by their respective game rules, which are available within each game or betting market interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and this Agreement, the individual game rules shall prevail in respect of game-specific matters.

pcso1 uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all applicable games and sources its live dealer content from internationally recognised, independently audited studios. The outcomes of all RNG-based games are random, uncontrolled by pcso1, and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or betting event, pcso1 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the staked amount to the player's account balance. This shall constitute the player's sole remedy in the event of a technical failure.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pcso1 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Accessing the platform while under the age of 21;
• Creating or operating more than one registered account;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players in card games or sports betting pools;
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or corrupt wagering on sporting events;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the pcso1 platform, software, or game content;
• Accessing a self-excluded account or assisting another person in circumventing their self-exclusion.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the pcso1 platform, including but not limited to game software, graphics, text, logos, brand identity, user interface design, game rules, promotional materials, and database compilations, is the intellectual property of pcso1 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, broadcast, or create derivative works from any content found on pcso1 without prior written consent from pcso1.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pcso1, its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform;
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, even if pcso1 has been advised of the possibility of such damages;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game or service;
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Any technical failures, connectivity issues, or errors attributable to third-party infrastructure, including Philippine telecommunications providers or banking systems.

pcso1's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under Philippine law.

10 Responsible Gaming

pcso1 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become a problem, and we take proactive steps to support player welfare at all times.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered pcso1 players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you deposit into your pcso1 account;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you of the time elapsed during a gaming session;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or for a defined minimum period, exclude yourself from all pcso1 gaming activities. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Termination by pcso1

pcso1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• Engagement in any prohibited activity set out in Section 7;
• Failure to complete required identity verification;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• Regulatory requirements or directions from PAGCOR or other Philippine authorities.

In the event of termination for breach, pcso1 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Where termination occurs for reasons other than player fault, any verified account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your pcso1 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (net of any pending bonuses subject to wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable processing period.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement or your use of pcso1, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting pcso1 customer support. pcso1 aims to resolve all player disputes within a reasonable timeframe through good-faith engagement.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent pcso1 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13 Amendments to these Terms

pcso1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pcso1 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect.

Your continued use of the pcso1 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for any changes. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as set out in Section 11.2.
